An overview of the indivial ability:

1. The contents of the current post:

1. To develop and modify the course of proction process related to SOP, revision and adjustment of process parameters.

2. Revise and update the PID map.

3. DCS control methods to adjust and correct PID parameters.

4. Through the development of a number of QC charts to control and track proct quality and proction process control.

5. The collection of some of the proction process, and organizations met to discuss solutions to develop into the relevant documents, training staff to operate.

6. A new factory to process the staff training.

7. To assist the proction manager of the factory 6S promote project management.

8. To help promote the facility ESH Division PHA project management.

1、ET階段（Engineering Trial，工程調(diào)試——設計驗證階段）：在車型開發(fā)初期，有設計公司對白車身的精度以及各個空位的精度進行驗證和修正的階段。

典型要求：模具標準化，工藝標準化，零部件與整車結(jié)構(gòu)標準化，品質(zhì)判定標準化。

2、PT階段（Proction Trial，生產(chǎn)調(diào)試——生產(chǎn)驗證階段）：在通過了設計公司的設計驗證后，在小批量的生產(chǎn)過程中，對車身的線上可操作性、零件的品質(zhì)及包裝的標準化進行驗證和改善階段。

典型要求：設備與工裝夾具到位，人員到位，物料配套到位，生產(chǎn)性達標（工藝直通率、品質(zhì)保障力與物料批產(chǎn)驗證）

3、PP：預生產(chǎn)——初期量產(chǎn)

典型要求：工藝規(guī)范化、物流規(guī)范化，包裝規(guī)范化、工位器具規(guī)范化、節(jié)拍符合設計要求、人員與訓練組織到位

4、 SOP階段（Start Of Proction，小批量生產(chǎn)階段）：各項驗證完成，進入投放市場的小批量生產(chǎn)。
